Meet the Team

Founder and owner responsible for the growth and development of Ascend People Solutions. Principal focus of my role is to partner with clients to assist in developing best in class talent acquisition and recruitment strategy, including navigating new technology (AI & Automation tools), staff attraction & retention, executive search, international mobilisation, interim/freelance and payroll solutions both in the UK and internationally. 

My role in the business is focused on 3 areas:

• Continuing to develop a great culture and brilliant workplace for individuals employed by Ascend to thrive both inside and outside of work.

• Developing innovative workforce solutions that we can offer our customers workforce landscape embraces new business models and technology.

• Continuing to work closely with our key clients to ensure we understand their goals and challenges and we are able to provide the right solutions.
